Orders within Denmark are delivered within 2–4 business days via DAO. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

We offer 30-day returns. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@sevenoceans.dk with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Every product comes with a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects under normal use. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered. Write to us at info@sevenoceans.dk with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.

Wipe your mat clean with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Let it air dry flat — avoid direct sunlight for extended periods. Store it rolled up with the surface facing outward to preserve grip. Avoid harsh chemicals, machine washing, or soaking.

Yes — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it for you. Contact us at info@sevenoceans.dk as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it free of charge once received.
